ON THE DAY COORDINATION
*Consultation to discuss your wedding day plan and how our team at Tweed Valley Events can coordinate your day and work closely with you to ensure your wedding runs seamless
*Create your wedding schedule, seating and floor plan, vendor list with contacts
*9hrs on the day coordination
*Liaise with venue and vendors 2-4 weeks before wedding day and the main point of contact on the day
*Coordinate on the day suppliers and deliveries- cake, flowers, furniture hire​
*Complete the final touches to your ceremony/reception to make it just perfect before your guests arrive
*Coordinate and greet guests on arrival to ceremony/reception and assist the Bride and Groom where needed
*Work with your MC to ensure a smooth flow to the evening and the wedding stays on schedule
*Main point of contact for all vendors and guests if any concerns, questions or needing a little direction
*Our professional coordinator will stay on site until all your formalities are completed
From $895.00 + travel fee may apply
or $150p/h (minimum 3hours)​
ON THE DAY COORDINATION AND COMPLETE SET UP
*Discuss your wedding plan and how Tweed Valley Events can assist
*Up to 12hrs on the day Coordination plus extra staff required to complete your set up
*Assist with wedding day schedule and floor plan
*Work with your hire and decorative items to style your ceremony and reception or assist your preferred stylist
The arbour, chairs, centerpieces, candles, napkins, table settings. We can complete it all for you!
*Confirm all vendors weeks before. Liaise with venue staff and your preferred suppliers
*Coordinate all on the day deliveries- cake, flowers, furniture hire at venue​
*Complete any last minute touches to your ceremony/reception to make just perfect.
*Coordinate and greet guests on arrival to ceremony/reception and coordinate the B/ G and the bridal party when needed.
*Work with your MC to ensure a smooth flow to the evening and the wedding or event stays on schedule.
*Main point of contact for all vendors and guests on the day if any concerns, questions or needing a little direction.
*Our professional Wedding and Event Coordinator will stay on site until all your formalities are completed.
