You may already have a wedding venue but unsure on how to bring your ideas all together.

-One on one consultation for 2hrs with our Wedding planner at a location of your choice- cafe, wedding venue, local home or phone (travel fee may apply)

THE BRIDES PACKAGE- PLANNING ASSISTANCE AND ON THE DAY COORDINATION
For the Bride that likes to take control of the planning but is more confident knowing you have a wedding planner on hand to ask questions and advice when needed.

-Consult to discuss your wedding plans and how Tweed Valley Events can assist you.
-Recommendations on the finest vendors you will need to complete your day.
-Ceremony and Reception floor plan and schedule.
-Discuss final bookings, you're on the day vendors.​
-Main point of contact 2 weeks before and on the day.
-Work with your preferred suppliers on the day to bring it all together for you.
-8-10hr on the day coordination.
-Complete all the final touches to your ceremony and reception.
-Coordinate guests on arrival to ceremony and reception.
-Assist bridal party on arrival at ceremony and reception.
-Coordinate and work with venue, selected suppliers and your MC to ensure the day runs smoothly and to plan.
-Tweed Valley Events will be beside you every step of the way to assist with your planning, to help organise and to then
execute a day for all to remember.

Our team will work with you from the time you make contact to when you say goodbye at your reception. We will complete all the necessary planning tasks in correspondence with you every step of the way, assist with ceremony and reception design, work with your preferred vendors on the day to complete your dream and coordinate your day to plan.
